All players are encouraged to join our youth baseball program regardless of experience. Our volunteer coaches are committed to develop each player as they learn the game of baseball.
What does “Waitlist” mean for the 4u Division?
Younger players that align to the 4U division will be added to the 5U division as space permits. Players on the 4U division “waitlist” will be moved to the 5U division on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Only the Charter Committee in Williamsport can grant an out-of-boundary waiver for a player. The Charter Committee typically only approves out-of-boundary waivers for players that do not reside inside the boundaries of a sanctioned Little League.
More information about Little League International Waiver Rules and Regulations can be found on their website (https://www.littleleague.org/university/articles/waivers-of-rules-and-regulations/). An article on their website titled, “Waivers: What Parents Need to Know” can be found here (https://www.littleleague.org/university/articles/waivers-what-parents-need-to-know/). Both sites provide further explanation for an out-of-boundary waiver submission process and approvers.
